I'm Back

Sorry for the long silence. Was actually thinking of remaining silent for the entire school break but I guess it wouldn't be fair.

Ok first of - I'm back from Bangkok. For those who don't know, a bunch of us were selected to go on a working trip there to check out a couple of schools and then compare and see how we can possibly improve our school. Most of us weren't looking forward to it at first but the trip has been very educational.

We have realised we are totally bound by rules and regulations set by the Ministry and in order to achieve excellence - we need to be brave and explore boundaries and stretch our imagination in order to realise these fantasies.

But it is a long way with a lot of ostacles. Let us pray and hope the vision that we have seen can be realised because the system there is so much more wholesome and less academic. They have time to enjoy lessons, do sewing, handicraft and even swimming. Wouldn't it be wonderful?

Most important is our rapport has been strengthened and imporved so hopefully teamwork will be better.

Am looking forward to the new academic year. (am I MAD?)
