Reality is sad
Is it me or is the world teaching each person to be more selfish and self-centred?
Ever counted the number of times you say - what about me? what do I get? why not me?
A little disillusioning when everything a teacher does is for the student's benefit but reciprocated with one of those questions above.
Where is the GIVE? Where is the HONOUR? Where is the PRIDE in a job well done? Must it come with a materialist reward? WHat happened to Heavenly blessings?
I sighed a million sighs and worry that all that poured forth from my mouth may come to nought.
I hope I have taught more than all that is written in the textbook. I hope I have not given of myself in vain.
I know my rewards lay in Heaven for I have tried my best.
