What is Porn?
That was the topic of debate in 4sd today. A certain someone didn't win and even though the rest backed out of the debate(only becos I told them to), I don't think she even understood the true meaning of the word.
According to her, if you give away your property (ie saliva) then it is porn. So what happens when you give your heart away? Do you not give it willingly? What the other party does with your heart is immaterial. Break it, crush it, nurture it or love it?
What about your friendship? The definition given by her is shallow and immature. If you feel that you cannot handle such topics, then stay clear of them instead of making irrational ideas public which only tells on you. This is a classic reason why the Education Ministry feel that the majority of our citizens (young and old) cannot handle such HOT topics.
Sex is not taboo unless you make it so. Learning about it does not mean you go and experiment. Everything you do involves choice and comes with consequences. Therefore, pre-marital sex comes with burdens ppl may or may not be able to handle. If you take on these responsibilities then you must be prepared for come-what-may. Otherwise, stay clear.
There are many degrees to kissing as discussed. A beautifully vivid explanation of French kissing by a friend still did not convince her. Why? Is it becos she has shut out any possible answer? Or she prefers to believe what she chooses to believe. As to the race of your partner, it makes no difference if he is French, German or Italian.
As for the kiss of life, you say it's not porn cos you are not conscious. So are you implying that your partner should knock you out cold before he attempts to kiss you? Think carefully before you make a sweeping statement. It reveals a lot about you.
This blog is not out to put down anyone. We are all learning. I have the honour of educating you and it is my responsibility to steer you the right path. Someone said you are entitled to your opinion. Yes, you are. But you may not force your thought down the throats of the majority. In order to learn, you need to have an open mind. Listening to others doesn't mean you agree or disagree immediately but you need to listen and then weigh what has been said. Then you conclude for yourself.
My stand remains.
